Monday shows! Best way to start a week. Always. Especially this week, which is starting with TWO bands currently featured in the top ten on CBC Radio Three. From Vancouver, we are featuring Octoberman, and The Mohawk Lodge. Our good friend Leah Abramson, who played one of our first house shows, is playing with Octoberman, and will be also featured doing her solo material for this show!

Yes, yes. Well done. You spotted the error. I wrote the wrong date on the flyer attached. That's just to seperate the wheat from the chaff. Way to go, wheat! For the second show of this week, we'll be showcasing a couple of Canadian indie movers and shakers. Baby Eagle is the solo act of Steve Lambke from The Constantines. Shotgun Jimmie is the solo act of Jimmie of Shotgun and Jaybird. And Construction and Destruction are up and comers from the east coast.
